Lose Weight – While Eating Chocolate Chip Cookies
“How do you do that? How do you eat cookies and cakes every time I see you, and still stay thin!?” This is something I hear all the time. Well, there is an easy answer for that, but it is never easy for the asking side to hear it…
My answer is: “I just eat it, and stay thin…”
I am deeply sorry if this is annoying you too, but here is the great news: I learned it and practiced it (and still am) so ANYONE can do that too!
It is truly easy, but the only thing you need to do in order for that to last forever, is forget all those things you’ve learned until now, and be willing to at least try what we are talking about for 3 months.
What is the worst thing that can happen? You’d lose some pounds?
So here are the main things that I practice:
1. I learned to LOVE what I see in the mirror, NO MATTER HOW MUCH I WEIGH!
2. I love my food. I eat with joy, and I thank my food for helping me keep my health and figure.
3. I stopped fighting and accusing myself for what I ate after eating. I actually FORGET what I eat, and give it no second thought after I eat.
4. I practiced with my subconscious to believe that the house chores that I do are helping me keep my weight off as if was exercising at the gym.
5. I practiced with my subconscious to believe my metabolism is getting better everyday.
Trust me, when you manage to do the same for 3 months (on a daily basis) your success is promised.
